By the evaluation of the beneficiaries of the services provided in our university in the areas of education and training, research and development, and social contribution, as well as the activities carried out in the areas of leadership, governance, and quality, institutional satisfaction surveys were conducted at our university to ensure that necessary actions (improvement and protection activities) were taken based on the results obtained, in order to improve service quality and ensure sustainability.
The 2024-2025 academic year Institutional Satisfaction Survey Reports, which include the results of external stakeholder, student, academic staff, administrative staff satisfaction surveys and graduate surveys, are available on the Big Data Coordination web page.
